THE MISSION
Saunabox wanted a campaign that highlighted a familiar frustration in modern wellness: relying on crowded gym spaces for personal recovery. The goal was to position their pop-up, at-home sauna as a simple, practical alternative for people who value relaxation but want it on their own terms, brought to life through “Don’t Get Boxed In,” a humorous spot that follows Todd through a stressful day as his attempt to unwind in a gym sauna unravels into overcrowded chaos, using exaggeration to spotlight a real pain point before revealing the clarity and control of having a personal sauna at home.

THE EXECUTION
We approached Don’t Get Boxed In as a narrative-driven spot, using humor and escalation to turn a familiar wellness frustration into a clear story. Grounded performances and exaggerated moments built the chaos of the gym sauna through pacing and comedic timing, making the discomfort of shared spaces relatable. Every creative choice was focused on one outcome: making the relief and clarity of an at-home sauna feel immediate and earned.
THE RESULTS
The campaign connected because it felt real, leaning into shared frustration and grounding the message in humor to make the value of an at-home sauna immediately clear. Built for both social and commercial platforms, the spot told a recognizable story with a clear solution, reframing recovery as something personal, consistent, and no longer boxed in.
