Public Rec Clothing wanted a campaign to showcase their athleisure wear in a fun, authentic way. The objective was simple: to highlight the comfort and versatility of their casual tees, pants, and shorts through humorous, everyday scenarios that connected with real men—whether on the golf course, at the grill, or playing basketball.
THE EXECUTION
We knew the answer was humor—authentic, unscripted, and sharp. So we gathered a group of comedians—guys who didn’t just read lines, but could bring to life the kind of playful, improv-driven moments that speak to a real audience. We took them to a golf course, a sprawling estate, and put them in settings every guy could relate to: hitting balls, flipping burgers, making the most of a Saturday. We didn’t write every word; we let the humor flow naturally. The result? Real, spontaneous moments that felt as comfortable as the clothes themselves.
