SYNOPSIS
GREENBELT, a true crime noir psychological thriller, unfurls against the backdrop of Austin, Texas. Detective Mickey Stokes, grappling with discontent post-transfer due to a haunting case, immerses himself in the murder investigation of Jamie Dodson. Cryptic notes and ominous clues mark a series of murders, leading Mickey into a dark conspiracy involving missing children and classified case files. Amidst the turmoil, Mickey grapples not only with the haunting reality of the conspiracy but also with tormenting visions and hallucinations of a past unsolved case. Blackmailed by the unpredictable undercover FBI Agent Kelly Rhodes, Mickey is thrust into an uneasy partnership. Together, they unearth a government conspiracy tied to a Governor's family church. As cryptic clues and unsettling revelations emerge, the line between reality and illusion blurs, leaving viewers to grapple with the haunting truth.
EXECUTION
Creating an Avatar-like movie atmosphere, we ran this production like it was a feature film on a sound stage for a month. Our production teams went above and beyond building a real part of a forest with hills, swamps and bugs.
